company, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid,
and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does by these presents hereby conveys, and warrants to the City of Tukwila, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, for public road right-of-way purposes
as GRANTEE, the real property legally described in the attached Exhibit A, situated in
the County of King, State of Washington including any after acquired title:
