This figure will be reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1988 Edition), Uniform Mechanical Code (1988 Edition), Washington State Energy Code (1990 Edition), and Washington State Regulations for Barrier Free Facility (1990 Edition). 7. Fire retardant treated wood shall,have a flame spread of not over 25. All materials shall bear identification showing the fire performance rating thereof.
