Description - Progress is happening! Most all mechanical equipment is installed. The boiler system was
flushed, filled and turned on Friday the 11th. The locker room flooring is complete and they are moving on
to the rest of the flooring in the facility starting the 17th. Staff are working dilligently to finalize and
coordinate their list of projects with the General Contractor. The pool tile is done, the liner will be installed
around Jan 23rd. The bulkhead was installed on the 16th. In general, a large focus now is the putting back
together stage of the project. New plumbing, partitions, dispensers, all the non equipment stuff. Electrical
will be complete once a few more fixtures are installed. Due to the unforseen condition of the heat
exchanger having to be replaced, which is a long lead item, the project completion date is being pushed
back a few weeks. Right now, we are looking at a soft opening sometime oafter Feb 19th with a Grans
Opening on April 20th in conjunction with April Pool's Day - A National Aquatics Event.

Description - This project is now complete, asphalt paving was completed on Friday the 11th. All concrete
work was completed before that. Project punchlist happened on the 11th as well.
Target Completion Date: Weather Dependent (hoping for Fall but could be Spring 2013).

Description - Bid Award has been given as approved at the December 3rd City Council meeting. A Pre -
Construction meeting was held on Thursday last week for the Roof Project. Work on this project will most
likely begin in spring when the weather meets manufacture's requirements.

Project Stage: Design
Project Budget: $2,000 - $5,000
Description - Staff are working on the plan for this project for 2013. In February of 2012 staff presented
information regarding a grant application to the King Conservation District (KCD) in the amount of $50,000.
The grant was awarded for acquisition of the 'West Parcel' located adjacent to Duwamish Hill Preserve. Due
to legal issues the KCD was experiencing, funding for grant programs was delayed. The City moved forward
with the purchase of the "West Parcel” property without funds from this grant. Once the legal issues were
resolved, staff requested the funds for acquisition be utilized for development. The District agreed;
therefore, the original grant for acquisition can now be utilized for development. A grant for $10,000 was
also awarded from 4 Culture to assist with the Archaeological Survey for Phase 2.

Description -There have been several emails coming in recently in regards to this, staff continue to collect
these at this time.
