CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m.

Update on Human Services programs funded in full or in part by
the City of Tukwila and offered in the District, to include
ECEAP, preschool /childcare programs. What effects have
programs had of student body? How does District evaluate
program effectiveness?
Update on Equity Task Force efforts.
Student Profile: Wayne Hammond
Topical Area: Facilities
Report on auditorium use. Status of installation of sound
shell, lighting and sound equipment.
Plans for improvement of Cascade View playfield.
Coordination of building and facilities plans, to include the
upcoming school bond issue.
City and District's long range plans for Southgate Elementary
site.

What can City and District do to get students more involved in
City /community events and activities?
