Staff chas been working with McKinstry on a couple warranty items at the pool. These are being resolved at no
additional cost to the pool aside from staff time. Operations continue to dictate the fine - tuning of new
systems as expected but things are getting worked out very smoothly. The final change order was just
processed and then the project will enter into the closeout process.
Target Completion Date: Project Closeout will be Summer 2013

The Re -Roof project work was finished on time and under budget. Project completion and closeout process
has begun.

The Hill Management Team is trying to coordinate a meeting for July where all will be updated and and a game
plan for the Hill for the remainder of the year will be developed.

Preliminary work has begun on the request for bids specs for a "maintenance striping” contract. The details of
this are getting worked out still with the hope of it getting in place in time for work to happen this summer.
