Restroom Counters Replacement at the Clubhouse

Duwamish Hill Preserve (DHP)
Staff is awaiting some technical information from our consultant before moving forward with the Archeology
Survey. RFP was distributed to for design of Phase II and proposals are due January 15th. The hope it to have
a firm selected and on contract by the end of March.

Pruning is on- going. Cascade View Community Park has had more pruning done with the purpose of opening
up lines of sight and reducing hidden areas in efforts to continue to deter unwanted activities.

Coordination with PW is on -going in preparation for addressing the overlay and drainage issues next year.
