Attendance: Commissioners Cynthia Chesak, Brian Kennedy, Staff David Cline, City Administrator, Pat Brodin, Public Works Approval of Minutes: Approval of minutes was delayed to the February 4, 2014 meeting. Citizen Comment: no citizen comment Presentation David Cline was in attendance to discuss the formation of an Eth of the ethics code and reviewed processes that other cities have an ethics board is beneficial to have in place versus having the Mayor, City Administra deal with issues as they arise. He also noted that less than a decade in the City of Tukwila. David queried the Commission for ideas and sought feedback. David or other Business Items TMC Update: Stephanie distributed an updated version of the Tukwila Arts Comon TMC and o briefed the Commissioners about the next steps.
