Final inspection approval will be determined by the building inspector based on satisfactory completion of this requirement. 8: Manufacturers installation instructions shall be available on the job site at the time of inspection. 9: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Cityof Tukwila Permit Center. 10: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Building Department (206 - 431- 3670). 11: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data. 12: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 13: Portable fire extinguishers complying with Section 906 of the International Fire Code shall be provided for spraying areas in accordance with the requirements for an extra (high) hazard occupancy. (WAC 212 -80) 23: All new sprinkler systems and all modifications to existing sprinkler systems shall have fire department review and approval of drawings prior to installation or modification. New sprinkler systems and all modifications to sprinkler systems involving more than 50 heads shall have the written approval of the W.S.R.B., Factory Mutual, Industrial Risk Insurers Kemper or any other representative designated and/or recognized by the City of Tukwila, prior to submittal to the Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau. No sprinkler work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance #2050) 24: ** *FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS * ** - City Ordinance #1900 - NFPA 72 25: A fire alarm system is required for this project. The fire alarm system shall meet the requirements of N.F.P.A. 72 and City Ordinance #2051. 26: The installation of wiring and equipment shall be in accordance with N.F.P.A. 70, Article 760, Fire Protective Signaling Systems.
