We think our coolers and freezers are among the finest you can buy. INCREASE TAX DEDUCTIONS Our cam lock fastening device allows prefabricated walk -ins to be treated as equipment, permitting the walk -in to be depreciated over a shorter period than built - in -place walk -ins. See your tax consultant. ALL IMPERIAL WALK -INS can be constructed to meet NSF and U.S.D.A. requirements. Our freezer doors are constructed with U.L. Approved heater cable assembly. LONG TERM PLANNING Our products are designed with the customer in mind. From energy efficiency to design flexibility, each walk -in is individually engineered to meet specific job requirements. THE FINEST WALK -INS AVAILABLE Imperial manufactures a complete line of walk -in ,coolers and freezers, refrigerated panels, and cold storage doors. Available in any size required - custom built for your needs. To become a leader in engineering, development, and manufacturing requires three essentials: Experience Know -How Foresight Imperial has added Responsibility, ore simply a determination to give each customer quality and his money's worth. Imperial's precision- formed interchangeable cam lock constructed panels are built for ease of installation, disassembly, and future expansion or re- location. WALK -IN FEATURES Sturdy Construction: Our walk -in panels are built with either a wood frame or a high- density urethane perimeter. Maximum roof panel length is 20 feet for wood frame and 16 feet for high - density urethane frame. Beyond those lengths, inside or outside supports must be included. ADDITIONAL FEATURES 1. Insulations A. Fiberglass: This insulation has been the industry standard over the past decade. Imperial uses oversized batts to prevent sagging of the insulation. Fiberglass which is composed of inorganic fibrous glass has a low '`k" factor, and will not rot or corrode. Fiberglass will not support combustion. Standard thickness for coolers - 3 -1/2 ", for freezers - 5 -1/2" or 7-1/2". B. Urethane: Insulation is a foamed -in -place Class 125 flamespread urethane with a smoke density of no greater than 450 as per ASTM E 84 designation. (Test results are not intended to reflect hazards presented by this or other material under actual fire conditions). Urethane offers the best insulating value of the various insulations with a 2 Ib. density and an "R" value rating of 34. The insulation must remain stable at a temperature range of -60 degrees F to +150 degrees F. Urethane insulation has a 97% closed cell content to prevent moisture absorption. Standard panel thickness of 3 -1/2" or 5 -1/2" in the wood frame construction and 3 -1/2 ", 4" or 5" in the high density perimeter panels. 2. Sectional Fasteners: Panels are joined together utilizing rugged steel cam action. Locks shall be actuated from inside the walk -in with a standard hex -head alien wrench. Cam lock holes to be covered with provided snap caps. 3. Sectional Gasket: All sections to be joined have two rows of closed cell gasket adhered to the metal creating a self - sealing, air -tight joint. 4. Finishes: Interior and exterior surfaces may consist of the following and any combination: (a) stucco galvanized steel (standard); (b) white high gloss enamel in either a smooth or stucco pattern; (c) stucco aluminum; (d) stainless steel 304 #4 finish. Rigidized Pattern: Our unique rigidized metal pattern is offered as a no cost option in our panel finishes. This feature not only improves the panels appearance but increases the overall strength of the panel. It is offered in all our metal finishes and recommended on all panels over 10' in height. ....,.rn5.1.a. i. QUALITY CONSTRUCTION FEATURES INSULATION (See no. 1) CAM LOCK WRENCH SURFACE FINISH (See no. 4) 5. Floors: Floors when required shall be of same construction as wall & roof panels. Wearing surface to be of heavy gauge, galvanized steel. They are made to withstand 300 lbs. per square foot. Optional plywood backing for additional strength is available upon request. All flooring must be specifically requested. 6. Doors: Many styles and sizes are available.
