There are two items on this review letter that need to be addressed. Item one indicates these six 400,000 BTU unit heaters would exceed what the Washington State energy code allows. My calculations were as follows: The building is 240,000 square feet x 8 BTU per square foot = 1,920,000 allowable BTU. Each heater puts out 320,000 BTU x 6 = 1,920,000. It would not be difficult to reduce the size of the orifice in a few of these heaters if that would help expedite the permit. I have included a cut sheet for these heaters. Item two is the System Commissioning for semi heated spaces. I have included a letter regarding this system.
