SUPPLY FAN- The supply fon is controlled to run at all times during the occupied period and will cycle on and off during the unoccupied times based on the primary temperature sensor. It will prevent the space from rising above 85 degrees Fahrenheit or falling below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. SPACE TEMPERATURE AND SET POINT ADJUST A. The slide bar on the primary temperature sensor will be configured to provide local adjustment of +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. This will modify the heating and cooling set points accordingly, whether in occupied or unoccupied mode. B. If indicated on sheet (1102.1), an additional sensor(s) will be installed as o temperature monitoring device(s) depending on the size of the space being controlled. 3. COOUNG CONTROL A. Upon a call for cooling the first stage of cooling shall be enabled. This compressor shall run until the space temperature is satisfied. If the temperature in the space continues to climb because the first stage has not satisfied the cooling requirements, the second stag* of cooling shall be enabled (if applicable). 4. HEATING CONTROL A. ELECTRIC/HOT WATER COIL- Upon a call for hooting the first stage of heating shall be enabled. This stage shall run until the space temperature is satisfied. If the temperoture in the space continues to drop because the first stage is not capable of heating the space then the second stage of hoofing B. SMOKE DETECTION - When the smoke detector is tripped. the unit shall be totally disabled. B. If any safeties, such as o freeze stot, float switch or any internal manufacturer safeties trip, they will activate the alarm relay. 6. ECONOMIZER CYCLE A. Economizer mode will be operational when the outside air temperature is between programmed set points and may run in conjunction with the compressor(s). The economizer may also be utilized in load shedding conditions. 7. SCHEDULES A. SCHEDULES - The schedules may be programmed for time of day/day of week/holidays/special events/for full year/accurate to within one minute. B. SYSTEM CLOCK-The system clock automatically adjusts for daylight savings time. 8. CO2 MONITORING A. Minimum outside oir intake will be closed for CO2 levels below 900 ppm as long as economizer is not enabled. E. Through linkage the Damper con be driven closed for smoke shutdown or smoke evacuation mode of operation to meet these sequences. F.
