A BALLCENTRIC VALVE SHALL BE LOCATED IN THE DISCHARGE PIPING, A MAX. OF 10 FEET FROM THE GREASE INTERCEPTOR. THIS VALVE SHALL BE CLOSED WHEN CLEANING OR SERVICING THE DEVICE. A "TEE" CONNECTION SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE DISCHRGE PIPING TO PROVIDE FOR SAMPLE COLLECTION. (ONLY' WHERE REQUIRED BY THE LOCAL JRSD.) 16. FINAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED BY THE CITY ENGINEER OR HIS REPRESANTATIVE PRIOR TO CONNECTION TO THE SANITARY SEWER. 17.
