2: No changes shall be made to the approved plans unless approved by the design professional in responsible charge and the
Building Official.
3: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be at the job site and available to the inspectors prior to
start of any construction. These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is
granted.
4: Readily accessible access to roof mounted equipment is required.
5: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International
Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code.
6: Manufacturers installation instructions shall be available on the job site at the time of inspection.
7: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Cityof Tukwila
Permit Center.
8: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Washington State Department
of Labor and Industries (206/248- 6630).
9: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of,
any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits
presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila
shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the
Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data.
11: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the
following concerns:

INSTALLATION
The Baxter bagel kettle is shipped fully assembled for
easy installation. All components are tacxmy tested
before shipment. Adjustable I (3 an) G.S. feet are
provided for leveling on uneven floors.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire, the kettle is to be
mounted on floors of noncombustible construction with
noncombustible flooring and surface finish and set no
combustible material against the underside, or on non-
combustible stabs or arches having no combustible
material against the underside. Such construction shaft
in alt cases extend not less than 12 inches (30 cm)
beyond the kettta on an sides.
IMPORTANT: Do not route any
mantles (wirings plumbing, etc.)

Dear Mr. Benedicto,
Pursuant to IBC 2003, § 105.5, Sound Transit respectfully requests a 180 day extension
for the following DCD permit:
1. Mechanical Permit (Station): M04 -200
The permit expiration date for M04 -200 is scheduled for November 14, 2006.
Construction at the Sound Transit S.154 Street Station site is still in progress but the
work for build out of the station, including the mechanical portion, will not be complete
or started for several more months. An extension to permit M04 -200 will ensure that the
forward progress of building the Central Link light rail project in the City of Tukwila is
sustained.
