Dear Mr. Wakabayashi:
In reviewing our current permit files, it appears that your permit for installation of one through
the wail heat pump package issued on January 24, 2000, has not received a final inspection as of
the date of this letter by the City or Tukwila Building Division.
Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the
building official under the provhion of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and
void iftllc building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from
the date or such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or
abandoned at any time after the work is commenced For a period of 1 80 days.
Based on the above, ifa final inspection is not called for within ten (10) business days from the
date of this letter, the Permit Center will close your file and the work completed to date will be
considered noncomplying and not in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and /or
Mechanical Code.
