In reviewing our current permit files, it appears that your permit for installation of intake air fans
at ICG Communications issued on April 27, 2000, has not received a final inspection as oldie
date of this letter by the City of Tukwila Building Division.
Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the
building official tinder the provision or this code shall expire by limitation and become null and
void lithe building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from
the date of such permit, or it'thu building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or
abandoned at any time niter the work is commenced for a period or 180 days.
Based on the above. if n final inspection is not called ('or within ten (10) business days from the
dote or this letter, the Permit Center will close your file and the work completed to date will be
considered non - complying and not in con('ormnnce with the Uniform Building Code and /or
Mechanical Code.

accessories and options
shown in the catalog,
These accessories and
options ere designed to
enable sidewall fans to be
used to a wide range of
applications. In addition,
they contribute to the fans'
ease of installation, safety
and weather protection.
Wall Collar
The wail collar is an alternative
to the wall housing u a stable
mounting platform. Constnrotlon
is of galvanized steel (painted
steel optional) with heavy gauge
mounting flanges and
prepunched mounting holes. See
page 29 for additional
accessories and dimensions.
Dampers
Used alone or in conjunction
with the wall housing or wall
collar, a complete Tine of
dampers Is available for exhaust
or supply configurations. See
pages 20 and 30.
Wall Housing with Guard
The well housing is the most effective and sturdy
platform for mounting fans and ac cassorios;. It is
constructed of galvanized steel (painted steel optional)
with heavy gauge mounting flanges and prepunched
mounting holes. Protective guards of welded steel wire
completely protect the drive side of the wail housing.
Guards are coated with Penne- rector", a thermal
setting polyester urethane. Other paint finishes are also
available. See page 27 for additional accossorioo and
dimensions. See page 32 for mounting arrangements.
Wall housing guards that meet the OSHA requirements
are also available.
Motor Side Guard
Protective guards of welded
steel wire completely vitriol', the
motor and drive Bide of the fan.

Welded and Painted Fan Construction
For applications where extra heavy construction is
required, welded steel construction to available. With this
option, all stationary connections which are normally
bolted are welded and coated with an industrial grade
paint, This option applies to belt drive level 3 fans and
direct drive level 2 and 3 fans onry.
