CALL TO ORDER AND The Mayor not being present. to preside over the meeting
ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL as required by R.C.W. 35.24, the Mayor Protem (Traynor)
MEMBERS presided. The meeting was called to order at 7 :15 p.m.
with the following Councilmembers present.
GARDNER, STERLING, TRAYNOR, DAVIS, HARRIS, SAUL, JOHANSON.
Mayor Pro-Tem Traynor informed the public the meeting was
informal and they should feel free to take part in the
discussion.

Tukwila Fire Station
The Council started the work meeting by discussing the
proposed ordinance on Council procedures. Councilman Saul
excused at 8 :00 pm to attend Planning Commission meeting
because of a need for a quorum. The Discussion continued
with audience comments. The Council requested that Council-
woman Harris re -write the proposed ordinance with the
various suggestions made by the other Councilmembers.
Mayor Pro -Tem Traynor asked the other membersof the Council
to be prepared to discuss the Balanced Community Housing Policy
Report (PSGC) Monday night at the regular meeting in order
to give the Administration some direction on this subject.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 10:20 pm.
