SUBJECT: Chronic Nuisance Properties Ordinance
ISSUE
Staff is in the process of analyzing the costs and potential benefits of a City of Tukwila "Chronic
Nuisance Properties" ordinance. The Police Department is the lead on this project.
The purpose of this item on the May 17, 2011 agenda is to provide the Finance and Safety
Committee with an update on the project status.
