If you grind, sand, cut, abrasive blast, weld or
powder coat large parts, you already know that
inadequate dust collection can force workers to stop
and "wait for the dust to settle." Productivity
declines. Working conditions are unpleasant.
Possibly even hazardous.
The fact is, the lack of effective dust collection
actually costs you money in terms of slower
production, unacceptable product quality, and poor
worker morale — all of which hurt productivity.
Conventional dust collectors with stationary
hoods can restrict worker movement and visibility.
And they aren't designed to handle dust generated
when working on different areas of the part.

noise, the optional control panel delays pulse -
cleaning until after the worker has left the booth.
