The supply and return air distribution system now in place will be reused with the new equipment as is. The new Lennox equipment is equipped with full modulating outside air econimizers, duct mounted smoke detectors for auto shut down, local disconnects and all standard controls and equipment. Gas pipe is to be routed as shown on the drawings and pressure tested for inspection. Per the mechanical permit instructions we are submitting four (4) copies of mechancial drawings along with four (4) copies of the structural engineers review and requirements for structural upgrades. H.V.A.C. units rated at greater than 2,000 cfm require auto - shutdown devices. These devices shall be separately zoned in the alarm panel and local U.L. central station supervision is required.
