INFORMATIONAL MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT: Tukwila 6. LLC 4 Lot Short Plat

Turnover of Water main and Fire Hydrant
ISSUE
Accept turnover of water main and one fire hydrant from Tukwila 6, LLC.
BACKGROUND

The Tukwila 6, LLC project is now complete. As a condition of the Public Works permit,
Tukwila 6, LLC installed 398 feet of 8 -inch ductile iron water main and one fire hydrant.
The proposed public water main and fire hydrant were constructed to City standards
and inspected by Public Works staff and are now ready for turnover. The value of the
transferred improvements from Tukwila 6, LLC to the City is $36,860.00.
The Council is being asked to accept Conveyance of Public Improvements from
Tukwila 6, LLC for consideration at the June 8, 2009 Committee of the Whole meeting
and subsequent June 15, 2009 Regular Meeting.
