A RESOLUTION providing for the laying off, opening, and extend
ina of nt•reets and highways known as WARREN AVENUE SOUTH and
HAZEL AVENUE connecting Clarence Avenue with Division Street
and declaring the necessity therefor.
1 4rhereas, public necessity, use and convenience demand
tliat communication be opened between Clarence Avenue and Divis-
ion Street in the Town of Tukwila, and,
1 1 7hereas, in the opinion of the Council the most fit
and suitable means of connecting these two highways will be by
running a street south from Clarence Avenue, beginning at a
point between a,rren Avenue and 111ain Street, for a distance of
some six hundred sixty feet, more or less, such street to be
known as 'arren Avenue South; and thence ?j'a,st to Division Stre&
over a street tcb be known a.s Hazel Avenue, NOIJ, TH?E]REFOR11a,
BE, IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Tukwila;
That an ordinance be dravin, introduced and passed authoriz-
ing- and. directing; the proper officers to forthwith proceed to
a.c by condemnation proceedings the land through and over
which it is proposed to open said streets.
