As a complete and running HVAC system serves the space and we do not plan
to alter it, the proposed mechanical alterations are minimal. The specific details
are on the drawing submitted A.1. We will add two exhaust vents for two hot
water tanks; one make up air vent for the hot water heaters; 4 heavy duty dryer
vents; 10 standard dryer vents; and two make up air vents for the dryers. No
other mechanical changes are proposed at this time.
