Restroom Counters Replacement at the Clubhouse
Researching equipment, materials, and options for work to be completed.

Duwamish Hill Preserve (DHP)
Hosted Community Open House for ideas and input for Phase II Design on May 14th. Consultant will review
and provide feedback to City and management team.

Project Budget: $900K
Ft Dent Parking Lot Repair Work
Reviewed 90% plans for overlay work in areas of parking lot at Ft. Dent Park, and project is in the bid process.
This work is in conjunction with the Interurban Avenue overlay project.
Target Completion Date: 2014 Summer
Project Stage: Bidding
Project Budget: $250K
