CALL TO ORDER AND The meeting was called to order with the following
ROLL CALL OF COUNCIL Councilmembers present: GARDNER, HARRIS AND JOHANSON.
MEMBERS PRESENT
There not being a quorum assembled to conduct the
meeting, the comments will not be reflected and the
Proposed Agenda will be considered as the Agenda for
the City Council Meeting to be held April 7, 1975.
The Councilmembers listed above continued to meet as
a Committee and discussed the agenda until the hour
of 10:00 pm.
