DEED OF EASEMENT
GRANTORS, BRUNO L. CAROSSINO and MAGDA T. CAROSSINO,
his wife, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00),
in hand• paid, convey and warrant to GRANTEE, THE CARTER OIL
COMPANY, a West Virginia corporation, an easement for a water
Easement across the north 10 feet of
.:.. .Government Lot,1ection 10, Township,23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying west of
East Marginal Way and the north 10 feet
of Government Lot 2, Section 9, Town -
ship 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying
east of Primary State Highway No. 1 and a
strip of land 10 feet in width adjacent
to the easterly margin of said Highway No. 1
extending from the north line of said Govern-
ment Lot 2 to a line 218.14 feet south of
and parallel to the north line of said
Government Lot 2.
It is the consideration of this easement that Grantee
shall maintain and keep in proper repair, without any cost to
Grantors, the said water line to which this easement relates.
IN wITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have caused this instru-
ment to be executed this 3/ day of July, 1959.
