The Committee of the Whole Meeting (Agenda) was called to order.

There not being a quorum assembled to conduct the meeting, the
comments will not be reflected a .rd the Proposed Agenda will be
considered as the Agenda for the City Council Meeting to be held
April 21, 1975.
ADJOURNMENT The Councilmembers listed above continued to meet as a Committee
and discussed the agenda until the hour of 8:10 P.M.
