CALL TO ORDER Mrs. Harris called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.

City Hall Annex
Moved by Mr. Sterling, seconded by Mrs. Davis to
excuse Mr. Saul, as he was out of town on business.
Motion Carried.
Moved by Mrs. Davis, seconded by Mr. Johanson to
excuse Mr. Traynor who is working late this date.
Motion Carried.
Moved by Mr. Sterling seconded by Mr. Johanson that
Mrs. Harris be appointed Chairwoman for this meeting.
Motion Carried.
Moved by Mrs. Davis, seconded by Mrs. Harris that
Mr. Sterling by appointed Clerk- pro tempore for this
meeting.
Motion Carried.
Mrs. Harris called for any comments by Councilmembers
present that would apply to the public portion of the
meeting.
Mr. Cabot Dow, of Cabot Dow Ej Associates was introduced.
There being no further public discussion, it was moved
by Mr. Johanson, seconded by Mr. Sterling that the
Council go into Executive Discussion for the purpose
of discussing labor union contracts that are to be
negotiated during 1975. Motion Carried.
At 10:15 p.m. the Executive Session concluded.
Mrs. Harris called for comments from the Council that
would apply to this public portion of the meeting.
Moved by Mr. Johanson, seconded by Mrs. Davis, that
Mr. Sterling be designated as the Council representative
to coordinate with Mr. Dow, and be present at any
negotiation meetings. Motion Carried.
Moved by Mr. Sterling, seconded by Mrs. Davis that
the meeting be adjourned. Motion Carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
