EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation. The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Mechanical Code (current edition). Sprinkler protection shall be extended to all areas where required, including all enclosed areas, below obstructions and under overhangs greater than four feet wide. (NFPA 13- 4- 4.1.3.2.1) All new sprinkler systems and all modifications to existing sprinkler systems shall have fire department review and approval of drawings prior to installation or modification. New sprinkler systems and all modifications to sprinkler systems involving more than 50 heads shall have the written approval of the W.S.R.B., Factory Mutual, Industrial Risk Insurers, Kemper or any other representative designated and /or recognized by The City of Tukwila, prior to submittal to the Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau. No sprinkler work shall commence without approved drawings. H.V.A.C. units rated at 2,000 cfm require auto - shutdown devices. These devices shall be separately zoned in the alarm panel and local U.L. central station supervision is required. The glass panels were subjected to •czubbability tests using the Gardner Model 105 Straight Line Washability Machine and the test solution described in Method 125.1 as laid down in Canadian Government Specification 1- OP -71, Schedule of Methods of Tasting Paint and Pigments, Tests were conducted in duplicate and the Type 20 -20 coating showed some signs of softening by 700 cycles. The Type 10 -10 and Type 10 -10 overcoated with Type 40 -40 costings withstood 1000 cycles with only slight softening being observed.
