APPLICATION SUBMITTAL In order to ensure that your application is accepted for plan review, please make sure to fill
out the application completely and follow the plan submittal checklist on the reverse side of this form. A completed
"Mechanical Permit Fee Worksheet" must accompany this permit application. Handouts are available at the Building
counter which provide more detailed information on application and plan submittal requirements. Application and
clans must be complete in order to be accepted for plan review.
BUILDING OWNER / AUTHORIZED AGENT If the applicant is other than the owner, registered architect/engineer, or
contractor licensed by the State of Washington, a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing the agent
to submit this permit application and obtain the permit will be required as part of this submittal.
VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION The valuation is for the work covered by this permit and must be filled in by the
applicant. This figure is used for budget reporting purposes only and not to calculate your fees.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of
application shall expire by limitation. The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a
period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform
Mechanical Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once.

DESCRIPTION
The Reznor Series 100, Model F gas -fired unit heaters are designed
for 80% thermal elfloiency for use with either natural or propane gas
In sizes from 25,000 to 400,000 STUN gas Input. Model F units are
designed for ceiling suspension with propeller fans for air delivery.
The units feature an aluminized steel heat exchanger designed with
vanturi -style tubes and crimped seams. The die - formed burners are
of aluminized steel and include flared ports and a stainless steel
burner insert. Model F units are designed for gravity venting with a
vent outlet that may be positioned either horizontal or vortical,
Other standard features on the Model F Series include a manual
match -lit pilot with 100% shut -off and a single- stage, 24 -volt gas
valve, A terminal strip connector facilitates connection to 8 field-
supplied, remote 24 -volt thermostat. Each unit is provided with a ten
control and required limit safety controls, Including an energy outoff
(ECO) device and a blocked vont shut -off system.
These units have been design - certified by the American Gas Associ-
ation (A.G.A,) and approved by the Canadian Gas Association
(C.G.A.) and bear the A.G,A, or C.G.A, label, and are approved for
use in California.
