All food preparation establishments must have King County Health Department sign-off prior to opening or doing any food processing. Arrangements for final Health Department Inspection should be made by calling King County Health Department, 2964787, at least three working days prior to desire inspection date. On work requiring Health Department approval, It Is the contractor's responsibility to have a set of plans approved by that agency on the job site.
