EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation. • The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Mechanical Code (current edition). H.V.A.C. units rated at 2,000 cfm require auto- shutdown devices. These devices shall be separately zoned in the alarm panel and local U.L. Central Station supervision is required. All modifications to fire alarm systems shall have the written approval of the Tukwila Fire Department. No work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance #1327) (UFC 10.301) Remote indicator lights are required on all above ceiling smoke detectors. (UFC 10.301) Call the Tukwila Fire Department at 575 -4404 for approval of any system shut down. Have job site address, name, and the Tukwila Fire Department Job Number available to confirm shut down approval.
