Any new ceiling grid and light fixture installation is required to meet lateral bracing requirements for Seismic Zone 3. 11. Partition walls attached to ceiling grid must be laterally braced if over eight (8) feet in length. 12. Readily accessible access to roof mounted equipment is required. 13. Engineered truss drawings and calculations shall be on site and available to the building inspector for inspection purposes.
