VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION The valuation is for the work covered by this permit and must be filled in by the applicant. This figure is used for budget reporting purposes only and not to calculate your fees. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation. The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Mechanical Code (current edition). Freon in the existing system shall be pumped (release as little !eon into the atmo- sphere as possible). Run new liquid and suction lines along the same route to condensing units as old lines. Run new condensate pipes to nearest stack or clean and reuse existing. Wiring extended by electrical contractor. Units to be rehung in the same manner as existing. 10. A/C Unit No 3 shall be reused. As part of this contract, contractor shall be responsible for a one time maintenance of this existing equipment, such as replacing fan belt of any), oiling motor & bearings, cleaning coils, changing filters, etc. or any other maintenance pro- cedures as required. Frame housing and duct connections thereto shall be air-tight and frame housing shall be extended type such that air flow is unobstructed by compressed damper curtain and components (100% free area). Damper frame and blades shall be constructed of galvanized steel with stainless steel closure springs. Fusible links shall be replaceable type and set at 15 degrees F.
