COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
M I N U T E S
The meeting was called to order by Council President Traynor
at 7:35 P.M.
GARDNER, TRAYNOR
Council President Traynor opened the bids that had been
received for modification of Fire Engine #7. The following
bids were received:
George Heiser Co.
Bid Bond accompanied the bid
Sales Tax included in bid
Transport Equipment Co.
Bid Bond accompanied the bid
Sales Tax included in bid
Councilman Sterling arrived at the meeting at 7:40 P.M.
Council President Traynor stated that since a quorum
was not assembled to conduct the business, it was his thought
and recommendation that the Department Heads make their
presentation at the City Council Meeting on August 18, 1975.
Fire Chief Crawley asked if the presentation by the Department
Heads could be in Executive Session at the City Council Meeting
on August 18, 1975. Council President Traynor agreed that
it would appear on the City Council Agenda in that manner.
Council President Traynor stated that since a quorum was
not assembled to conduct business, this item would be on the
agenda for the next City Council Meeting.

MOVED BY STERLING, SECONDED BY TRAYNOR, THAT THE COMMITTEE
OF THE WHOLE MEETING ADJOURN. CARRIED.
