Loraine Crunk February 25, 1985 c4'-- gr -o S q, In reference to our telephone conversation of today, we have leased 5,000 quare feet of warehouse and office space at 126081 Interurban Avenue, South, Seattle, Washington, 98168, which is located in the Tukwila Commerce Park, from Mr. Richard Romney of Trammell Crow Company. Our business is automotive electrical parts and supplies. We sell only wholesale and our sales area from this location will be the States of Washington, Alaska, parts of Idaho, Montana and Oregon. Ninty -five percent of our product will be sold outside of the Seattle area. Eighty percent of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service and the balance will be shipped via Parcel Post, Truck and a very small percentage will be "will call ". All shipping and receiving will be done at the rear of the building at the roll -up doors. The main front office will be utilized for telephone sales and taking orders on the telephone. We have both Washington and U.S. Wats lines. The small 12' x 12' office to be added will be used for filing cabinets with customer and vendor information. We are wholesale distributors for AC Delco electrical parts, Ace Electric parts, Faulkner Electric parts, Sure Power products, Krylon Spray Paints, and Bearings. We anticipate our inventory at approximately $150,000. and monthly sales of approximately $40,000. to $50,000. The personnel will consist of three people sharing the responsibilities of the telephones, and shipping and receiving. There will be no manufacturing at this location. It will be strictly a warehouse operation: strictly wholesale. The parts we carry are for the rebuilding of automotive generators, alternators, starters and solenoids. We also carry some complete units. We carry Krylon Spray Paint in approximately 10 colors. Our inventory of Krylon spray paint will be 30 to 50 cases (12 cans per case). The spray paint is the only flamable product we carry besides the shipping materials and boxes. We do not carry any explosives, chemicals, fuels or any other dangerous products. We have ordered 100 new steel shelf assemblies (2'deep x 4'wide x 7' high). These assemblies will be assembled as per the attached diagram.
