Pursuant to our meeting on Monday, August 26, 1985 at 8:45 A.M. following is a
recap of our discussion and subsequent agreement pertaining to the installation
of the new shingled roof system on portions of the Southcenter roof. After refer -
ing to various Underwriters Laboratories test books you agree that the assembly
which includes the following achieves a Class A rating.

Celotex 1 inch thick Insulation Board

For the flat portions of the Southcenter roof it is our intention to do a complete
tear -off of the existing built -up roof and install the following beginning at the
non - combustible metal roof deck and working up.
