Soils report calls for slab to be floating, how is this accomplished with plans as detailed? 3. Soils report indicates the use of battered piers or earth pressure of 300 pcf to resist lateral loads. Has this been used as part of the lateral design? Ordinance 1. Provide draft stops per Section 2516(f). General note #4 called out in your resubmittal letter of September 16 does not apply. 2. City of Tukwila Fire Department, 444 Andover Park East, Tukwila, Washington 98188 (208) 575 -4404 January 30, 1986 Robert Storseth 15610 S.E. 24th Bellevue, WA 98008 Dear Mr. Storseth: This letter is to follow up on requirements of building permit #4146 for building "D" of Fostoria Industrial Park. All of the following items must be satisfied prior to a certificate of occupancy being issued: 1. The boundary line adjustment must be completed, reducing the access easement to forty feet. 2. A long term lease running with the life of Building D must be obtained from the state for the right -of -way in front of the subject building. 3. A landscaping plan for the 15 foot required landscape yard must be submitted and approved. 4. A revised site plan that shows a minimum of two loading spaces, and dumpster location. An elevation of the dumpster enclosure is also required. It is a concern of ours regarding the State right -of -way. Failure to obtain a long term lease will require a revised site plan that shows actual property line and fifteen feet of front yard landscaping accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call me at 433 -1848.
