INCW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Office and Warehouse Properties, Inc.
as principal, and United Pacific Ins. Co., a Washington corporation, authorized
to do, and doing business as a surety company in the State of Washington, as
surety, are held and firmly bound unto the City of Tukwila, a municipal cor-
poration of the State of Washington, in the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
Dollars ($20,000.00), for the payment of which we jointly and severally bind
ourselves, and our and each of our heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns, firmly by these presents.
SIGNED, sealed and dated this 19th day of December, 1985.
WHEREAS on the 19th day of December, 1985, the above named city issued a
demolition permit N authorizing the principal to perform certain
demolition work at 401 Tukwila Parkway, Tukwila, Washington which permit is
hereby referred to and made a part hereof; and
The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above -named
principal shall:
Faithfully comply with all the terms of said permit and all applicable pro-
visions in the laws of the State of Washington and ordinances of the City of
Tukwila. Indemnify and save the City of Tukwila free and harmless from any and
all claims, actions or damages of every kind and description which may accrue
to, or be suffered by, any person by reason of the use or occupation of the pub-
lic area as authorized by said permit, or by reason of the construction,
existence, maintenance, or use of the structure authorized by said permit.
Perform the demolition work in workman like manner and complete the work
within one year, dispose of the debris in a manner consistent with all laws and
regulations of the United States, the Environmental Protection Agency, the State
of Washington, the Department of Ecology and the City of Tukwila. Upon comple-
tion of the work, the building shall be free of debris and be left in a con-
dition that does not create a danger to public health, safety and welfare
Pay all permit fees as required by ordinances of the City of Tukwila; then
this obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and
effect.
