MINUTES
Council President Traynor called the Committee of the Whole
Meeting (Agenda) to order at 7:37 P.M.
GARDNER, TRAYNOR, DAVIS, JOHANSON.

Council President Traynor stated that this item should be
added to the Agenda for the next City Council Meeting for the
consideration of modification to Fire Engine No. 7.
Council President Traynor said that Steve Hall, Director of
Public Works, will present information at the City Council
Meeting so the audience can participate in the discussion, if
they wish. He added that the area involved will be the
McMicken Heights area.
Councilwoman Davis requested that this item be added as Item c.
under the heading of Second Reading of Ordinances. She added
that the Public Safety and Health Committee has recommended
a "do not pass" on this ordinance.
Councilman Gardner requested that this item be added under the
heading of Second Reading of Ordinances as Item d. He stated
that the Public Works Committee recommends "do pass" on this
ordinance.
MOVED BY JOHANSON, SECONDED BY DAVIS, THAT THE MEETING RECESS.
CARRIED. Council President Traynor called the meeting back to
order with all Council Members present as previously listed.
Councilwoman Davis requested this resolution be added to the
agenda as Item d.. She added that her Public Safety Committee
had recommended "do pass" on this resolution.
MOVED BY TRAYNOR, SECONDED BY DAVIS, THAT THE COMMITTEE OF THE
WHOT,F MEETING (AGENDA) ADJOURN. CARRIED.
