M I N U T E S
CALL TO ORDER Council President Traynor called the Committee of the
Whole Meeting (Agenda) to order at 7:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL OF STERLING, TRAYNOR, HARRIS, JOHANSON.
COUNCIL MEMBERS
CONSIDERATION OF THE PROPOSED AGENDA
Councilman Gardner arrived at the meeting at 7:35 P.M.
The following additions were requested to be added
to the Proposed Agenda for the City Council Meeting to
be held October 6, 1975.
7.d. Councilman Johanson asked if Item 7.d. could be added
as "Judgment Davis, et al, vs. Todd, et al."
8.c. Councilwoman Harris asked if Item 8.c. could be added
as "Letter from King County re: P.S.G.C.
10.h. It was requested that this item be removed from the
Proposed Agenda because the Public Hearing will not
be held until November 3, 1975.
11.h. Councilman Gardner requested that the following item
be added to the Agenda for the City Council Meeting
on October 6, 1975: "Resolution Professional Contract
with architect for design of City Hall."
12.b. It was requested that the following item be added:
"Executive Session: U.S.T.M.E. Salary Benefits
Discussion."
Committee It was requested by Council President Traynor that the
Reports Agenda for the City Council Meeting to be held October 6,
1975 show reports from the Public Works and Community
Affairs and Legislative Committees.
ADJOURNMENT MOVED BY STERLING, SECONDED BY TRAYNOR, THAT THE COMMITTEE
8:00 P.M. OF THE WHOLE MEETING (AGENDA) ADJOURN. CARRIED.
