Request permission to construct a storage room in the back of my unit,
according to the attached drawing and the specifications provided hereon.
This storage room will be used for the storage of nonflammable items, and
it would be quality constructed by professional workmen in accordance with
all applicable building codes. The storage room will not detract from the
theme of things, and it would be hidden from sight from a frontal view.
In general, the storage room would enhance the appearance of things, because
it would provide a much - needed storage room which would be used for the
storage of firewood, bikes, lumber, tools, outdoor furniture, BBQ grills,
plants (to keep them from freezing), and many, many more things. Although
I would be building this particular storage room, I am sure that it would
serve as an example for some others to emulate, and I believe this would be
a good thing, for a storage room is badly needed to complete an otherwise
incomplete housing unit. Also, an attractive storage room provides no
excuse for an occupant to leave items strewn about the premises.
General Specifications
1. Concrete -slab Boor /foundation.
Wooden lap siding painted the same as the condominium.
Two small windows and one door.
4. Completely insulated, to include sheetrocking of all walls and the
ceiling. '
5. The room.will be electrified.
6. All work wil,i be accomplished by professional workmen working under
the approval /disapproval of the Tukwila Building Inspectors.
Request your expeditious attention to t14 request. 1 wish to start the
construction as sotn as possible.
