Also, the riser section has yet to be mudded. With respect to water permit SU- 19 -83, Public Works staff have reviewed the new hydrant and found it is 6 inches less than the minimum height. Under.• your authorization, Public Works staff will raise this hydrant and.back charge you to raise the hydrant or, your own contractor may do the work per the City Inspector's requirements. In any case, requested is your work be done within the next two (2) weeks (by 3anuary 15, 1984). Since then several conversations have occurred with Mike Eisenbacher regarding how to resolve this violation of the plans approved by the Board of Architectural Review (T.M.C. .Sections 18.60.030 and 18.60.060). This letter is formal notification that this violation exists (T.M.C. Section 18.96.100) and is subject to penalties of T.M.C. Section 18.96.110. The northerly access to Interurban Avenue South has not been approved by the Board of Architectural Review and /or applicable City departments.
