Re Tri -Way Mezzanine:
revision to new bldg.
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please
note the following items:
1. Fire dampers required per UBC Standard
#43 -7 (if applicable).
2. Extend sprinkler system to cover under-
stair area in upholstery room.
3. Relocate hose rack to clear stairway.
4. Provide extra- hazard sprinkler protection
for upholstery shop.
5. Relocate (one) smoke, vent so it is located
over the upholstery shop. (or add one vent
in this area).
Please include these comments in your review of the above
project.
