Dear Mr. Ruppert:
In reference to the above referenced project
1. All construction in the Southcenter Complex
is required . to be one -hour fire- resistive
construction throughout. Therefore, the
materials used shall be non- combustible or fire-
retardant treated. (Including cedar paneling,
studding and framing materials).
2. If any frying, deep- frying or broiling is .
employed,:an automatic extinguishing system
shall be installed in the hood. This system
shall be dry chemical or CO
The automatic sprinkler system shall be extended
(if necessary) to provide complete coverage to
all areas..
