E, JOi•1HSON to commence Work terolition of Service Station #9698, 13505 Interurban Ave., Tukivila, WA BID INSTRUCTIONS Contractor is to demolish the station completely in accordance with the following instructions: • Contact Utilities and make necessary arrangements for disconnection and /or removal. 2. Items to be salvaged for Standard Oil Company account and disposed of as follows: 1.- In a.Floor Safe. • 2 - ,Steel Restroom Doors 2 - Wood Overhead Doors 3. Demolish and remove from site all above - ground items, including building and canopy, fence. 4. Demolish and remove concrete pumpblocks and building foundations and slab complete. 5. All excavations to be backfilled and compacted to surrounding grade with pit -run gravel. . Poles may be removed by cutting off at ground level or below and filling resulting hole with concrete. . All debris and material is to be removed from the site and the site left clean and neat to the satisfaction of Company Representative. All work must be completed no later than July 3, 1974. . Pumps, compressor, and other small miscellaneous items will be removed by Company. • Obtain necessary permits. 10. Remove underground gasoline tanks. Contractor is cautioned to remove and dispose of safely any gasoline remaining in the tanks.
