In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note the
following items:
1. Fire dampers required per UBC Standard
#43 -7 (if applicable).
2. Hose stations are required per City Ordinance
#730.
3. Fire hydrants are required per detailed in City
Ordinance #729.
Access for fire apparatus is required on not
less than 3 sides of this building. (All- weather
surface; unobstructed clearance of 12 ft. in
width and height).
Any foam- plastic used for insulating purposes
shall meet flame- spread and smoke - density ratings
as detailed in Section 1717 of the Uniform. Code.
