This letter is to confirm your conversation by telephone today
with Max Gray regarding the removal of the house which is lo-
cated on the property now being leased by you.
I understand that you have made arrangements with some other
party who has consented to tear down the old house and remove
all of the materials from the property. I further understand
that the party will remove the material for the salvage value.
With the understanding that the building will be torn down and
removed in a workmanlike manner at no cost to the property
owner and also that the party will hold harmless our company
for any injury, accident, and /or claim that may be levied
against the property owner in connection with the demolishing .
of the building, permission to demolish the house and remove
all of the materials is granted.
