At a result of our meeting on September 23, 1 now have a better
lunderstanding of the intended operation of your Tukwila facility*
Certain items must be resolved however, since the building is
new an "E" occupancy and was originally designed as an "F"
occupancy* • (Fief. UDC, 1973 edition) *
10 The roof gents are presently installed on a
ratio of 11100 for. "FP occupancy, "E" occupancy
requires additional venting, in the ratio of 100

(area of roof venting to floor area).
Cumin boards (draft curtains) must be increased
to a depth of :12 feet and to • provide maximum
curtained areas of 15 square feet, The
distance between boards may not exceed 100 feet..
All piping., valves and fittings must comply with
NFPA 00, white includes requirements for pressure
testing before being covered enclosed or placed
in Service* Please provide drawin s showing
details of 'piping, tanks, fittings, valves and
preaeure rel .ef devices,
4. All tanks must bear the approval stamp of AWE or
U.L.
