Dear Barney :
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note
the following items:
1. The rear door to the service corridor is a
required exit and must be posted as such.
Exit letters to be 6 inches high.
2. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading
to exits shall be maintained openable from the
inside without the use of a key or any special
knowledge or effort at all times when the build-
ing or area served thereby is occupied ".
Sprinkler coverage must be maintained to protect
all areas.
Please include these comments in your review of the above
mentioned project.
