CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Council President Hill.

A &E qualifications
submitted by
architects
ADJOURNMENT
10:06 P.M.
The A &E qualifications submitted by thirteen architects were
individually reviewed and graded by each Council member. At
7:40 P.M. the meeting moved to the Fire Station as there was a
Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for 8:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers. All architect firms requesting A &E applications returned
proposals. They are as follows:
